Elder Tingey - New Assignment

Brother and Sister Tingey 

I am writing to inform you that your son, Elder Tingey (together with five other missionary Elders) is being assigned to serve in the Kiribati portion of our mission. This is an exciting opportunity for your son to learn another language (Kiribati) and to experience another island culture. 

Our missionary efforts in Kiribati are proving to be very successful and given we have a large number of our Kiribati missionaries completing their mission in a few months, it is important we provide additional missionary support. The transfer will occur as soon as we have the Visa/work permit in place - estimated 2-4 weeks. 

Elder Tingey is an excellent missionary and I am confident he will tackle this new challenge with the faith and strong work ethic he has demonstrated to date. 

We love your son and we look forward to continuing to serve with him.
